Party Policies
Deposit-
All private or semi-private events will need a $100.00 deposit to hold the room. The deposit will be redeemable the day of the event. In case of a cancellation the $100 deposit is refundable in the form of a Copperhead Grille Gift Certificate up to 10 days prior to the event. If cancellation is within 10 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
Private Party
- LUNCH : Monday- Sunday $250.00 Minimum (not including tax or tip)
- DINNER: Sunday-Thursday $500.00 (not including tax and tip)
Friday & Saturday $750.00 (not including tax and tip)
Availability-
- Is restaurant specific, please contact for more information.
Decorations-
- Only table decorations will be permitted. We do not allow any decorations to be taped or tacked to the walls, also no confetti. If you have questions on decorations ask a manager about specific requests.
Alcoholic Beverages options:
- Open Bar- the host sets no limitations on beverages ordered
- Limited Bar- the host will limit bar items to domestic draft beers,house wine by the glass.
- Cash Bar- Each guest will be responsible for their own bar items.
